    Dirty Mexican is code name for this place for guys at work.  Do not know why other than seating is dark wood.  Food is good. Always a special. Drinks are cheap.  I have been told it is where the UT gangs go when they want a Margarita. Over all good place. Ithey guys at work like this one the best

    This is probably the worst Mexican food I have ever had. I ordered the two tacos and rice with beans combo. I got one chicken and one beef taco and they were absolutely horrible. Both literally tasted like salt. You could not taste any meat. You just felt the crunch of the lettuce and the taste of wet salt. It was so bad I could not even finish it. It honestly made my stomach hurt.
    The rice and beans had the opposite problem. There was no flavor what-so-ever in the rice and beans. It was so bland I didn't know what to do. There's no hot sauce on the tables so I decided to put some salsa on it just to get some flavor, but the salsa itself isn't too flavorful. I honestly don't get the appeal in this place.

    The service I will say is incredible. All the waiters and waitresses are really nice and check up on you a lot to make sure everything is going well. They always have a smile and really seem like they love their job. Not only that, but the food came out really fast! However, when it comes restaurants I don't really care too much for the customer service I'm really just there for good food.

    This spot has great lunch specials for all under $8.  I highly suggest this spot.  The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is typical.  I may try and come back here for a happy hour as it looks like it turns up here in the evening!

    Solid food.
    Not super authentic, but dependable as comfort food, Americanized Mexican.
    Great value on lunch specials.
    Good margaritas.
    Excellent service.
    Friendly waitstaff.

    This place is not the best but it is pretty standard fare.  The service is spotty, one time excellent, the next time not.  We go back because it is predictable.
